Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once an order has been placed and fulfilled. All sales are considered final. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cohen.billy@icloud.com with your order details and clear images of the issue, and we will review this on a case-by-case basis.
